Annoyed.

Purchased a physical version of this gift card because it kept flagging my pickup order as suspicious and canceling the whole order when I tried to by the digital version. I don't know when they started doing this because I have purchased several digital versions of this in the past with no issue. I get the card home and it says that it is not redeemable. I spend 30 minutes on hold with PlayStation support and they tell me to try again tomorrow. Tried again the next day and had the same error. They escalated it to the “back office”. Sent them my order history to show proof of purchase and they said it wasn't good enough. Can't return it to Walmart because of their return policy. Now I'm just stuck with a $100 bookmark.
