This flavor slaps. I also like the macro ratios as they are in keeping with my genetically recommended diet of 20/50/30 fat/carb/protein. Also works well on long bike trips; just cut into like 6-8 pieces for easy eating while you are riding. They will become a bit sticky from the Apple flavor on top if the temperature is too warm, so best bike snacks during early spring or fall or winter.
