I was looking for powder of Indian curry, not Jamaican because I do not care for the ftaste of fennel in the Jamaican curry . I found what I was looking for. This curry enhances greatly the taste of potatoes, peas, carrots and rice. You might add a little cardamom powder to it if you like cardamom.
