working for my tummy issues very well
I have been having stomach and digestive issues for quite some time and am willing to try anything to make it help in any way possible. when I pop about five of these in my mouth and chew them I really do think that the ginger oil in them does help calm things down more than you would think. I now carry a bag with me in my purse as well since it can ruin my day when my tummy starts hurting. I have tried other ginger things like tea and hard candy but I like these better than any other thing so far. I also dont think there is a limit as to how many you can or cannot eat so you can try yourself and see how many it takes to work...I start with about five and wait and see...works pretty quick too.
