Instructions
Chocolate Chip Cookies: 1 cup butter or margarine softened, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar packed, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 2-1/4 cups sifted all purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 10 oz. real semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup chopped nuts (optional). Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla until light & fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes until lightly browned. Makes about 5 dozen 3 inch cookies.

I love these! One of my daughters doesn't like the taste (when eaten straight out of hand), but they are soy-free (which is hard to find and all I can have). There are some other brands that have soy-free, but they are too expensive. Everyone seems to love cookies, brownies, etc… made with them.
