Excellent!

Liquid carnitine is a supplement that helps with energy and metabolism. I tried it for a month and felt more energized during workouts. The liquid form was easy to take, just a quick drink. I didn't notice any strong taste, which was nice. Overall, it seemed to help me stay active and feel good.
