This is not a sponsored review. I bought this because it was on sale and the carpet in the bedrooms was just gross. I was about to pay a company to come in and clean the carpets but I like doing things myself. This is so incredibly user friendly! Assembly was quick, like 3 minutes. I vacuumed the floor really good but once I started using the carpet cleaner it was creating little hair balls as I went, which wasn't a problem. I just gave it another vacuum once the carpet dried. Cleaning this when I was done was super easy. I can't wait to use my carpet cleaner again! I'm just sorry I didn't buy it sooner!

I love this carpet cleaner. I had looked at this carpet cleaner about 4 months ago and it was around $400. When you notified me it was on sale, I thought it might a very small version of the one I wanted. I was so surprised it was the same one. The picture below is after the cleaning, it's a high traffic area and the carpet was very brown.

I have used this now on 3 area rugs and my couches. It has worked so well, and my rugs look like new. I have 2 dogs at home who have access in and out of the house as they please, so it can be messy at times and spot cleaning wasn't enough. Its so nice to have clean rugs again. Make sure the latches on the dirty water tank are secured before lifting it out of the machine; I didn't on the first use and made a huge mess all over my kitchen floor. Also, on area rugs, the machine spits out water around the edges, and needs to be cleaned up. I didn't mind because my rugs came out so clean.
