USE ONE TREATMENT ONCE A DAY FOR 45 MINUTES FOR 20 DAYS. 1. PEEL Peel Whitestrips from backing liner. 2. APPLY Apply gel side of strip to front teeth. Align straight edge of strip with gumline. Fold over teeth and press to secure. 3. REVEAL After 45 minutes, peel strip from corner and pull gently across to ease removal. You may rinse or brush to remove remaining gel

They really whiten 🦷
I have been using these strips for some applications and if I don’t touch they whiten my teeth quite well. They are easy to apply and adhere well, they don’t move much when talking. In my case I have sensitive teeth, so I reduced the time of use and frequency, and I still saw progressive results, without so much pain. The taste is tolerable and not uncomfortable.
