misleading product description and poor quality

Not a set of 12 as advertised. Only 1 (clearly used) broom poorly shrinkwrapped. Dirty bristles, cracked plastic, worn, streaked, and gouged handle. Excellent price if you were getting 12 as advertised; very bad price for what it actually is. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
