Easy sauce to use

I make this using shrimp and add in whatever veggies I have around. I put in green bell peppers and onions. I serve it over rice. The instructions say to use chicken and egg noodles but you can use any protein and serve with any starch. Quick and easy when you don't want to make your own sauce.

Great combination of coconut and a bit of a kick

I really enjoy the flavor of this curry because it has a nice balance of sweet coconut flavor and spiciness. I also like that is uses sugar and not high fructose corn syrup. The ingredients do not indicate any sort of artificial coloring, either, which is great.
