It's not the worst thing I've tasted. It's taste, it's flavor definitely caught me by surprise, but it could be better. Maybe the batch I got just wasn't as promising as it seemed all in all for a liquid probiotic. And i'm sure it does what it's supposed to do

Multiple cultures

This is a quality product that is far more effective than single culture yogurt. They list the cultures used on the label. The various flavors are usually good or exceptional but I did get a strange tasting blueberry version recently. One percent fat makes sense, hardly anyone in the US needs full fat milk unless they routinely do hard labor.
