The Wife Love it!

The wife loves this vacuum. It is great on our hardwood floors and that is the reason I purchased it. Plus, the light weight is easy for her to manage. On low pile carpet it does a decent job for quick cleaning. She has tried the vacuum on thicker pile carpet, its ok, must run at high and short slow strokes. I thought to empty the canister was simple and easy. Being new not sure about long term durability.
