Interesting stuff

If taking pleasant tasting MCTs is a good thing to do, then this stuff is the way to go. it's not cheap prob. for some peep, but I don't use alot. I add it to vej juice in an effort to increase calories without carbs (I'm not anti-carb, tho). I didn't know this product could be extracted from coconut oil. It's very slippery at over 65 dgrs, like omega 3 oils, in that you can almost rinse the spoon used for it with plain water.
