Does what it's supposed to but the iron smell began to bother me as the weeks when by. The only way I can take it is with a ginger ale to mask the flavor and plug my nose. It wasn't bad to start when it was earlier but as nausea set in this was easily the worst trigger by flavor and texture. It did make me feel assured that everything I needed was in here so worth it in that sense. Find what works for you. Overall I'd still use it and I bought 4 boxes to start so that way I didn't have to go out to pick up more for a little while. I've kept one in my car (winter), one by the bed, and one in the kitchen by breakfast to encourage myself to remember to take it. I've got ADHD so that is a struggle and the flavor being challenging didn't help. I will say this isn't the only med I struggled with, I couldn't chew tums or anything gummy textured so nothing would've been a good replacement. The Olly kind are tasty but again texture and I will say the sweet smell was also a big aversion and I wanted to keep my iron levels up as much as possible.
