It's compact and doesn't take up a lot of space. It's about the size of a square dessert plate. Lightweight and comes with everything you need: HDMI cable, USB outlet bloc, and batteries for the remote. Setup is just connecting the cable. I have a smart TV, so it was all very straightforward and self-explanatory. I chose it because it was inexpensive. I don't buy discs anymore, but I wanted an inexpensive one to play my old I Love Lucy DVDs because they don't have every episode available for streaming.

DO NOT PURCHASE
Yay! My husband and I got to watch 2 whole movies before it stopped working. It wouldn't read any disc we put into it. Thank goodness I kept the box and etc. that it came in just 2 days ago!Kimberly

- 5 out of 5 stars review4/1/2022very good purchase.bought this for our 5 year olds room. so far it has withstood him and his 3 yo brother messing with it. its pretty neat. it talks to you. if you hit play a voice sounding like seri saus play. and the same goes for stop, pause, open, and close. which helps our kids understand what their doing when they hit buttons since they don't know the symbols. the remote works great to. small. lightweight. dvd player is light weight as well. has a digital read out on front of dvd player. states open, close, pause, play, and movie time. has hdmi port on back of dvd player and hdmi cord included to plug into the back of the tv. and it doesn't have to plug into the wall either!! it comes with a wall removable wall plug. but if your tv has a usb port you...Thedrews
- 5 out of 5 stars review5/7/2021Tiny but FunctionalThis little box is perfect for anything. I hooked it up to our big living room tv via the HDMI cable and it works amazingly. Clear and super clean picture and since it is a tiny box it can go anywhere as I put mine behind some decorations but again it can as easily be unplugged and taken on a road trip or in your RV as it is that small and easy to use. Super simple remote that allows you to do anything with the DVD but again if you are eletronics challenged a simple on/off and play work great. Even if for some reason you loose the remote I love that all the buttons are on the front of the unit so no having to find a replacement or the orginial right away. Highly recommend this DVD player to anyone as it beats all options of the bigger...geckogirli5

The DVD player sets up in seconds. Simply plug in and you are ready to go. I love that the player comes with its own HDMI cord. Two cords and I'm all ready for movie night I think it's a great value for the price. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the need of a DVD player.Stash211
