    Really great product!!!!
    I'm 100% satisfied with my iRobot 960. We've had it for just over a year. We have tile, wood, and carpet flooring and it works great on all of those surfaces. We went with iRobot because it was the only robot vacuum that didn't have a beater bar brush. The cleaning rollers have not damaged the wood floors at all. It runs every day without fail. I'm amazed at the amount of dirt it picks up. We have 2 dogs and way too many cats. RealDamnSkippy gets so much fur up every day, I can't imagine what we would do without him. I've had no problems wth any parts breaking. The only maintenance ever done is empty the dust bin and clean the filter daily. I've replaced several filters and side brushes, but other than that nothing. I'm thinking the battery is probably about ready for replacement, but it lasted over a year of daily use. This is truly a great product!

    I Winn not buy this product again
    I returned my rumba after 26 days because it stop sucking the dirt instead the rumba created rolls of hair on the carpet and left them there for me to pick up Not good if you have tow husky that are shredding At the end I spend every day a couple of minutes picking up the balls of hair on the carpet $550 and I was still cleaning after I came from work Also I hated the false advertising that this robot worked with Alexa and it doesn't not for people in PA it doesn't

    I love it!!

    I am a 74 year old "gadget-guy" living alone (with no pets), and "Robbie" resides in my pantry. I have gotten in the habit of just pressing the "Clean" button on the iPhone app whenever I know I will be out of the house for a few hours. Then, when I get home all the floors, carpets, and throw rugs are clean ... and all I have to do is empty Robbie's debris bin. Every bachelor (or bachelorette) needs one!!

    If you've never purchased 1, you must!

    My iRobot has run 30 times since I purchased it the week of Thanksgiving. Cleaned 9,400 square foot during that time! It shows me maps of what it's cleaned & times of how long it runs. I schedule my iRobot to start Monday, Wednesday & Fridays at 6:30 a.m. You can choose the schedule that works best for you! However, you can't tell the iRobot where to clean, example would be, go to this zone or this particular room. Some people complain it's loud. It's quieter than my upright vacuum. It's gotta make some noise to work! My floors are clean everytime I get home from work! It's no longer "a thing" for me to come home to dirty floors! If my floors need cleaning I simply hit my app or the "Clean" button on the iRobot & it's off & running. I waited from the time they came out until now to purchase one because I wanted all the kinks worked out... Now's the time to buy!

    It's a wonderful machine, but not perfect.

    Is sometimes get stuck under furniture and on rug fringes. It sometimes runs out of battery before returning home to recharge and the map doesn't show where it's located , and because of this, when you take it back home to recharge, you can't just take it back to the spot where it died and expect it to return home. When the dust bin is full it doesn't return home. Generally, Love the mapping feature that shows where it has cleaned.

    Fun to watch.

    It runs 75 minutes and then needs 75 minutes to charge. If you own a dog that sheds a lot, you will have to empty the dust bin 1 or 2 times per room. But give Roomba credit for covering the territory, especially under the bed.

    Begone pet hair!

    I was hoping that my irobot would make a difference in the amount of cat hair my 2 rescue cats produced and I am pleasantly surprised by how much it picks up! Definitely a great investment that makes me feel prouder of my home. ❤️

    Not perfect but I still love it!

    The 960 doesn't transition very well from my hardwood floors to the small rugs. For some reason this model always seems to get hung up on the rugs, requiring my attention before it can continue cleaning. I didn't have this problem with my previous, older model (680). I've resorted to rolling up my rugs on the days the Roomba cleans. The fact that the bin is full every time it runs tells me it is doing its job. Unfortunately the bin on this model is very small so it needs to be emptied after every job. I still love it though! I can't imagine how dirty my floors would get if I didn't have this device.

    It's just Ok

    I would start the roomba before heading off to my part time job when I'd come home half the time it was stuck under furniture and missed most of the high traffic areas. I tried running it while at home to see why so much was missed. It constantly runs over the same areas and misses big open areas of our home. I spent so much time moving it, that I usually just get our canister out and rarely use our roomba.

    It would be nice if we could just wash the bin, I know right now you can't.

    1. I do not have any fringed rugs, so cannot answer directly. The Roomba has no problems with the transition from a hard floor to a thick shag type throw rug in our bathroom.
