I am not a critical customer, but this Refurbished Apple iPad, was sent to me, and it never worked from the day it arrived to me. I tried all I could to trouble shoot the problems, including calling Apple. Apple as on the phone with me for 2 hours, and found that one of the problems was a bad connection they had sent with the supposedly tested Refurbished Apple iPad. The Pad itself was poorly functioning. I cannot go into listing all the malfunctions, but this Pad was definitely not tested. It appeared to be wiped clean, and sent with a bad connector cord. When I called the company, they said they process hundreds of units per day, and to sent my unit for replacement. I did not, because I did not go thru troubleshooting another one of their "refurbished" units.
