I recently got this card with the ibuypower "build your own" computer. First thing's first, it does not look like it does in the photo, it is a single fan, not a dual, and it is all black and red, and made by Power Color and is actually more attractive in my opinion, then the model shown. This does come with a generic 400W power supply, which is sufficient, as long as you are not pushing the GPU to hard. I would fully recommend upgrading to at least a 500W or 600W PSU when you can, I will tell you why in a min. It runs fairly quietly, and has more then enough power to play most games as long as they aren't shooters, I tried a few and it played them, but i had to turn the setting way down. This doesn't bother me though because I don't normally play them. I do play World of Warcraft however, and this card does OK. It will play the game on ultra settings but frame-rate bounces between 15- and 30 FPS on average. If you turn the setting down to good, your at about 30-45 FPS, fair, 60-70 FPS. I have my setting set to fair, with the view distance on good am getting 50-60 FPS. Now the only other thing I noted was if I am in a dark area(in game), with a lot of shadows or something you can see lines going across the screen. This is because the power supply is not allowing the GPU while it doesn't hurt anything, I would recommend upgrading the power supply, that should take care of that. Like I said in the title, it is a good value graphics card. Good for beginners and those who don't plan on any intense gaming.
