Blends Amazing!

Not sure why so many negative reviews? Im very light skinned BUT i did not buy the light stick, i suggest going for the other two choices so you dont appear "orange" (dont worry the brown blends out for a natural looking contour.) I dont use the shimmer side, it just doesnt work for me HOWEVER the sculpting side is the BEST contour color and product ive tried. I use it every time i do my makeup and usually lightly sweep a compact powder bronzer over it to set it and enhance it. It looks very harsh when it goes on but "stick" with it and blend blend blend :) Use a dense brush (i use my liquid foundation brush.) BTW- after using it on a friend she immediately wanted to know where i purchased it because it is that good!

Great for older skin

I bought this in two different shades to experiment with, I'm 59 and have some lines and wrinkles that I don't want to emphasize. WOW! This is a great product, it doesn't settle into wrinkles and fine lines, glides on smooth and blends perfectly! I'll definitely make it a part of my beauty routine. I love this product!

3.5 stars..Shimmer side is meh but contour....nice

I was excited about this. Cool concept. Easy to travel with. I got these today and played around. Got the lip/cheek duo stix and the contour/highlight duo stix with the tin and sculpting brush. The brush is GRRRREAT for buffing out the contour lines. Excellent brush will review that next. Got the light/meduim color, the contour is a bit on the orange side but that works fine with my complexion. The contour color blends in the skin nice with the sculpting brush. I just lined my under my cheek bones, jaw line, nose and forehead and blended with the brush, looked great. The shimmer side, not so great. When placed on my face, could not see a difference. When rubbed into the skin the glitters rub away. This is the same consistency to the shimmer eye liners from the essential line (remember those?). Shimmer is a fail. Even at the corners of my eyes, no. Maybe it will work as a base for powder but i dont know. It is however great for under the brow bone, it looked nice and showed up well there. The tin is cute. Like a typical pencil tin. The sharpener is like the same from the eyebrow lift and fill duo stick and these stix are all the same size. I really enjoyed the contour stick but it not long wearing. I might great other shades but the shimmer side is useless.
