Bought to replace wore out chair, seat height at 22 inches better than previous chair which was 20 inch seat height. 20 inch seat was too low at our desk. Good quality chair for the price and very comfortable.

If you're looking for something a little beyond a basic home office chair, one that offers good support and comfort for extended periods of time, then this is a great choice. I researched dozens of chairs from multiple sources looking for one at a good price point, high quality construction, modern styling and key features including, a mesh back and seat, adjustable seat and arm height, variable back support tension. Most importantly it had to offer the same support and comfort as the one in my office at work. This Hon chair is it. I've been using it for several weeks and am completely satisfied that it has met and exceeded all my requirements. Assembly was fairly easy, taking about an hour, using simple tools. The trickiest part was attaching the assembled arms to the seat. I suggest using the box it comes in as a bench to support the inverted seat, then attaching each arm. At $200 through Sam's, with free shipping to the house, this was by far the best value for these features and quality of any I found. As noted, I studied all sorts of chairs at prices from $100 to $500+, from various manufacturers, from dozens of vendors before committing to this one. I couldn't be more pleased with the results - highly recommended.
I love this chair! It took me a few months to find it. I had one of these at my old job and after I left I needed to replace my home office chair because I couldn't go long hrs (8+) a day sitting down. This chair is great when you have to be in front of the computer for extended periods of time. My lower back doesn't hurt & that alone makes it worth the price.
Chair is an okay chair but there have been changes to the model from how it was previously. The seat cushion is not as nice, and it's smaller -- narrower, so the armrests pinch my sides when I sit in it, and shorter front-to-back so I can no longer sit with one leg folded under me. The armrests are also no longer molded, and they are narrower. I suspect the chair is also not weight-rated as high as it was previously. Not what I expect from a HON chair at all.
