Works great

I usually have to get low and blow on the fire to get it going but this has made it so much easier. I was looking for old time bellows when I found this. It works so well. And it also saves me having to pump the old fashioned bellows to which my shoulder is grateful! And it is much easier to pack to take camping. I suggest you get one and soon.

Zippo has come out with a better way of getting your charcoal, or wood fire to ignite quicker with the touch of a button. Instead of sticking your face in the fire and blowing till you pass out, Zippo has a handheld "forced air bellows" powered by 2 AA batteries. Battery compartment, very easy to get to in the handle, by simple removal of compartment cover, insert batteries and cover back on and your ready for some quick air flow. It has an impeller style fan built inside this hand friendly non slip grip handle that is made of flame retardant materials so the bellows can be used up close, (but not that close) for optimal air flow to the wood or charcoal. Depending on the type of batteries used, run time for using quick burst's of air should last at least,up to 180, 1 minute burst's. I have not tried this, but with the batteries I have in them right now I doubt it. I was expecting a "hair dryer" type blow, but I was way off. It's just a very slight breeze, and will for sure, stoke the fire. I held a lighter about a foot away (12 inches or so) and I pressed the button, the hummm of the silent fan came on, and "blew it out". Simple instruction's included, and tip's for a successful fire starting. Good quality material's, rugged hard plastic construction that is ideal for BBQ's,charcoal, wood, campfire's and great for indoor use at the home fireplace too. With all Zippo product's, there website show's all of there great product's as well as the" Zippo FireFast Bellows" Forced Air Fire Stoker. This item come's with a 1 year warranty and everybody know's the"Zippo" name. They have been in business as long as I can remember and I'm "ole", so I know.
