Ziploc Freezer Bags, 1 Quart, 38 ct

I appreciate the opportunity to purchase groceries, etc from Walmart.com. It makes it easy to stock up and to save money by not making impulse purchases on frequent store trips. BEWARE: Packing of items leaves a lot to be desired. Looks like a child was given pictures of what was needed on the order. The child proceeds to find the item and toss into any size box without care for packaging or mixing of items. I just received a box with shampoo, and body wash packed with packages of cookies. ?????? I am shocked that any of the cookies made it through shipping. One of the body wash bottles was broken and the liquid was all over the packages of cookies and half drained into the box. Having to take something back to be refunded defeats the purpose of buying on line. I will let you know if I start blowing bubbles after eating a cookie. Unfortunately this is not a one time occurrence of poor packing. It is the norm. I advise very careful selection for what you want in each order. In other words, any food items should be ordered on separate days or weeks. :(

I just bought a new bag of Ziploc Quart size freezer bags. The first bag out of the box was hard to open and also leaked at the corner of the seal. The bags as I used them felt thinner and I feel they are also harder to open than previously. I will be trying some other brands as I feel they are inferior to the old bags.

I bought a new box of the Quart Ziploc Freezer Bags about a week ago and they are not up to the standards I'm used to with Ziploc bags. They do not have the Tabs I see mentioned here, so maybe they are old and were warehoused somewhere too hot (?) because all the zippers have a pronounced curve to them. You can only seal them by pinching different spots along the zipper and when you finish, then try to close them running your fingers hard along the zipper. Some still did not seal after several minutes of trying. I regretted trying the brand again. I have used Ziploc bags for decades, these were the first defective ones I've used.

I buy Ziploc bags in all sizes, freezer and regular. I need to switch to a new brand. The bags rip as soon as you open them, straight down the seam. The also rip between the zipper and the plastic bag. So frustrating! This has been happening for so long but I've been hoping it will get better. Not so! Goodbye Ziploc, it's officially time for a change.

As others have experienced I to have had 1 in 5 bags rip. And the ones that did work ripped after trying to reopen. Really only thing you can do is buy another product even if generic. Its not like I am gonna go back to the store with a bunch of ripped bags and ask for a refund. If its not broke don't fix it. Kinda like all my storage containers that because they wanna change the design I have 5 different lids to things that may or not fit.
