Instructions: You Will Need: cup Zatarain's Seafood Bake & Crisp2 lbs. fish fillets1 egg, beaten1. Preheat oven to 425F. Moisten fish fillets with egg. Shake off excess.2. Pour Bake & Crisp onto plate. Coat fish on all sides by pressing firmly into coating mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mixture on plate.3.
