After searching online for quite some time, I finally decided to order this chair. There are other similar models on the market but I chose this ultimately because of the price and because the cover is fully removable so I can wash it.
I just got the chair yesterday (only took a week to deliver) and love it so far!
I ordered the blue ikat print, and it looks really nice, not cheap as I worried. The material is soft and the foam is very dense but gives just enough. It's great to sit and relax in, and you could definitely sleep on it if you needed to (would be like a very firm mattress).
Here is a really detailed description of the chair because I feel like I couldn't find all the info I wanted to know about when I was searching - hopefully this helps others!
The chairs is 10kg, so like 20-something pounds. It's sturdy. It has little metal/rubber disks on the bottom, and so far I have not noticed those disks scratching my floors. If they do, I can stick those felt furniture floor-protectors on easily.
There are 5 "clicks" to the adjusting back!! I did not know this and was happily surprised to find out. You can adjust from a slight incline, all the way to 90 degrees so it's a regular chair back.
Also, YES, the chair completely folds out into a totally flat mat/bed. When you fold it out, you can have the chair back as a pillow (not recommended, it's too dense) or you can flip the "pillow" out so it all lies completely flat. When folded out all the way, the chair is almost 7 feet long! I'm 5'4" and would have no issue fitting onto the bed comfortably. There's not a whole lot of room on the sides, but one small/medium adult could easily nap or sleep a night.
The foam itself is about 4" thick for each panel.
The picture shows from top left, clockwise: (1) the chair completely folded out (2) with the "pillow" flipped and the first click (3) second click (4) third click (5) fourth click (6) fifth click at 90 degrees (7) folded like a chair and (8) one of the bottom feet.
I hope this helps!
