Perfect size for snacks and lunches. Great for packing grapes, cubed cheese, cottage cheese, etc. Also have a nice insert tray that you can use to hold granola or dried fruit to add to the yogurt in the bowl. Lids apoear to be leakproof although i have not tried transporting any broth like liquids in one.
