This battery operated Yamaha 4-wheeler has been an excellent choice for my 3 yr old grandson. The battery is securely covered from a toddlers inquisitive nature by a screw. Simply remove the one screw to uncover the battery to hook up to the charger. Long lasting charge. Has enough power to go up inclines. The shifter for forward and reverse could be a bit more sturdy. A toddler can be rough shifting the gear throttle. We haven't had it long enough to see the overall longevity of this item. At this time I do give it 5 stars. Easy for children to operate under parental guidance.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!
I purchased this for my autistic grandson for Christmas 2018. After trying to put it together and not being able to remove a bolt, put on incorrectly by the manufacturer, I called the 1800 number and she told me that there was nothing that she could do because it wasn't a missing part. After trying to take it back to the original store where I purchased this item, I was told that I had to call the manufacturer because the store would not accept it. What a waste...I am extremely upset right now. I'm out $200 and nothing to give my grandson tomorrow for Christmas.

Very good for my 4 yr old grand daughter

When we received the 4 wheeler it was easy to put together, my 4 year old grand daughter learned the first time we showed her how to put it in forward and reverse, we made a excellent choice in choosing this item. The only down fall which is really not bad is that the battery runs down faster when she goes up hill alot but other than that we and she loves her 4 wheeler.

Yamaha Raptor ATV power wheels 12 volt

We bought the power wheels for our grandsons because they hold more weight so we knew they could ride them for many years. They LOVE them! For the price they are a great deal. We liked them so much we got one for our granddaughter also!

Great bike

My son just turned 5 years old and got this for his birthday. He is absolutely in love with it. It has 2 speeds, the top being about 5 mph. Which is pretty speedy for a little bike. My son and I would highly recommend it.

So far we love

So far we love this. The screw stripped easily so watch out for that. Otherwise it's running well and built strong. Daughter is 5

Love it !

I bought it for my son third birthday and it is the perfect size. He is still able to ride his also 3 year old cousin on the back . All thouhh the high speed is a little to fast for me at that age , they love it and it was easy for him to learn how to ride it and it looks great !

Wish the battery lasted longer

The first time my kids used it the battery lasted about 6 hours on a single charge. The next day it only lasted 3 hours.

Tons of fun...

I bought this for my 2 yr old and he absolutely loves it... The 2mph is slow for him and it didn't take long for him to learn how to reverse and go up to 5 mph... I think the handle that moves it in to all 3 positions is a bit cheap and not sturdy enough to getc grabbed bank and fourth by a 2 yr old beast boy but overall it's a great product...

Great toy!

Great size for my first grader who weighs 60 lbs. Live the 2 speeds and his little brother can sit in front of him for a short ride. Easy to put together - my 12 year old did most of the work. 4 stars because the battery does not last as long as advertised.

Thank you for your feedback!

Bought 2 only 1 works! :(

We bought 2 for our kids for Christmas. One works great! The kids LOVE it. The other one... nothing :( We've been trying to figure out what the problem is. Not sure if we're going to have to return it? Putting them together... eh. Pretty basic, but it does come with a great instructional video! Make sure you look at all four wheels. The two front ones have inserts. The two back ones do not have the insert. Other than that, relatively easy. As for the quality, the tires are kind of a cheap plastic. Not very good grip. The rest of it is wonderful (the one that works atleast). Our kids are 4 (a very BIG 4), and 7. Both fit on it great and their weight did not weigh it down too much. They still moved pretty good.

1. the battery sits under the seat so you unscrew the seat and lift it up to remove the battery. Very easy just one screw at the back of the seat. Pull the battery out and plug it in to the charger.
by vbbbmom
2. The charging port is under the seat, connected to the battery. Very easy to find and charge, my 5 y/o grandson charges his himself.
