Scans, faxes and copies OK but to email a scan to someone set up in the address book still takes 6 to 8 clicks at the centre console and don't make a mistake because you will have to start over. Duplex scanning is possible but elusive. We did it once or twice in practice and could not access the selection when we needed it. The biggest disappointment is that the bypass tray will not auto-select. You have to pull out the paper tray for the equipment to select the bypass tray...waste of time and annoying to get an email informing you that you are out of paper. We ordered the high-capacity by-pass tray to conveniently print to stationary and numbered documents. Don't load your check forms in the main tray because they will not draw in the proper order since they have to be loaded face down. Envelope printing is not correctly formatted using Word and again, if you do not pull out the bottom drawer, it prints to paper.

I've owned just about 30 printers in my life, cost effective, and high end. Nothing comes close to the Xerox workcentre, I make use of it while In the office, and specially, so conveniently modern, when I'm out of the office as well, never did I imagine I could print from the cloud, I'm very impressed. Ink lasts me long, and the energy saver mode is the cherry on top.
