just got it today with all the problems they've been having I'm just hoping I don't have them I didn't want this controller cuz the built-in battery I like all of the other features and it's really crisp and clean I had mine for almost 3 years the series 1 I dropped it a hundred times I know I finally has drift in the stick and one button starting to stick I can't have that when I'm playing Forza 7 I wish I could have found another series 1 the scripts that wrap around I have a feeling they're going to fall apart but they feel pretty good in your hands overall I'll give it a 7 for now compared to the series 1 I just did the tension for the thumbsticks and it feels like it's snags kind of I don't know if that's how it's supposed to feel but it's a good feature if it works correctly cuz he can double adjust on your thumb sticks you can just the tension and go inside the app stay tuned I'll let you know if it's a piece of you know what so play on Xbox One x

Wasn't new, waste of money.
A joke. Box was slightly torn and tape already cut. The controller was not new. For the money paid you would think you would get a brand new controller but instead receive one that has faint scratches and smug all over. Extremely disappointed with this. How is this considered ok? A used controller could have any number of problems, why else would it have been returned and used in the first place? Should fix the description to let people know their probably gonna get screwed with their purchase.

wanted a series 1 again can I find1 so here we go

Good buy!
Great controllers and choices of colors for Xbox One!
My only complaint would be that the batteries die extremely fast in ours... other than that, good purchase!!

Very nice controller to have
I got this when it was cheap for black Friday for only $38, but the controller is very nice. The rubberized grips keep the controller from slipping easy. The color is very nice as well. It comes in a nice box too. Delivery was not an issue at all.

Great controller!
This is the first elite controller I've own and I can say that this is amazing!
Pros: feels great, decent weight, so many features, cheaper than scuff
The free and fast shipping and the item was exactly what I ordered in the past 3rd party companies sent the wrong item shipping something close to what I ordered but not the same this time I was pleased in the item and the speedy service

Awesome controller!
My son loves this controller! I bought it for his birthday because I thought it looked so cool and because it has grip on the bottom! I've never seen another with grip! He noticed and loved the look and feel right away!

Perfect
I have had this controller for about a month now with no problems at all. It's really responsive and I highly recommend. The controller senses when not being played and shuts the controller off. This is very good for saving battery life. I'm still using the batteries it comes with after a month of continuous use.

I ordered this product through the Walmart.com website, but through Wish Window. The description shows the brand as Microsoft, but a generic controller was delivered.
The controller arrived in an opened package that was dented. The controller being white had dirt all over it? It was clearly a returned item that was shipped. I took it to my local store and they swapped for a new one. The new controller is fine, I just am very dissatisfied with the delivered item.
