    cheaply made

I tried two different chairs, the first one was the Rocker chair with the red in the middle, forget the model but it looks just like this one,it sounded the best of the two,but it came to me with all the hardware and the arms missing from the box!,within a few days they sent me the missing parts for it though. Then a couple days later one of the speakers on top quit working,so I returned it and bought this Rocker pro, well the first one had better location of the top speakers, but this one was more comfortable, this one has vibration control and you can really feel the sound, but this one they placed the speakers to the sides and you cannot hear the enemies as well as you can with the chair with the speakers right on top and behind your ears.In the long run I sent them both back, they are not very comfortable for extended playing time, they do not use much padding in them...I would not reccommend these chairs!
1st chair, better sounding chair, but cheaply made!2nd chair, not as good sounding and still uncomfortable!
Pros - sound is great, full size rocker, nice looking, swivels a full 360, rocker tension adjustment, can be converted to a rocker without the pedestal however you MUST remove the pedestal attachment or don't put it on when you put the chair together. cons - cheap components for the wireless set up, wired setup has to many cords (but works great), seat cushion is very uncomfortable, not enough foam, not enough lower back support. Notice in my picture I have a white piece of paper. There is a piece of wood with no foam so the back of your legs rest directly on the piece of wood. I bought 2 chairs, the kids think they are great, they love them. Was it worth the money, that depends on what you want from the chair. Can't buy a focus expecting a cadillac!
Not so comfortable where the white piece of paper iscomparable in size to an desk chair

The X Rocker - Turn it up!

This gaming chair is one of the more comfortable ones I have tried over the years. Setup took a few minutes to insert all the bolts in the frame and arms, but it was simple enough. I hooked up the wireless transmitter to my LCD TV's Audio Output through a stereo splitter also used for my external speakers. Plugged in the chair, flipped the chair's wireless receiver switch to pick up the transmitter, turned it all on, and sat down. The sound is great, when you hear someone talk it's like they're right there with you. The vibration is a nice added feature, although you have to have the chair at a high volume to feel it. Long exposure to sound levels that activate the vibration can be a bit deafening, but honestly i'ts fun to rock out listening to a few tracks. Added ports are for headphones and a mp3 hookup which is nice; no delay was detected with wireless transmitter as well. I would recommend it to a friend. -Pros- Awesome Sound & Vibration Comfortable, Keeps Good Posture Easy Setup -Cons- Leaning back is very limited No power charger included for transmitter Arms are of lesser quality

    My X Rocker Pro W/Pedestal

Awsome addition to my Caveman room, not only is the chair comfortable, having a surrouund sound system and adding the Rockers wireless sound to the mix puts you in another world. The chair can become very addictive. I feel that the unit should have had A/C adaptor added rather then having to worry about replacing the batteries on the wireless receiver, not having to worry about if the system failed or it was just weak batteries. The pedestal is a must, rather than having it too low to the ground depending on the lay out of the room and chair locaton. Being able to swivel in both direction is an added plus. Not only does it take gaming to another level, being able to lesson to your favorate music and or movie, as I mentioned earlier buts you in another world. The Photo's includes a view shot setting on my X Rocker.
    Comfort Zone

You get what you pay for..

Pros: 1. The chair is loud and easy to assemble. 2. Sits up off the base at a good distance. 3. It vibrates and sync with Most of our favorite gaming and other consoles like DVD, MP3/MP4, or Computers to name a few. 4. Fantasic overall look of the chair is superb compared to the other competitors. Cons: 1. Cheap product constructed within the overall feel of the chair. (Recommended using it for entertainment purposes only) 2. The chair is made out of wood. Once put together you can hear and feel the churning of the wood inside every so often. 3. The seat sinks in after 1-2 hours of sitting or gaming (with bathroom and dinner breaks). 4. Very uncomfortable to the legs after long periods of time sitting.

    Compatibility with PS4

I did some initial research as to whether or not this chair would be compatible with next gen gaming. I found out it would so I purchased it. What I didn't know, however, was that it's not as easy to hook up as you think. Extra products were needed in order to make it work. The PS4 works off an HDMI cable. This chair is designed to work as an analog hook up (meaning Red/White Audio cables#. In order for me to make this chair work for the PS4, I had to purchase a Digital to Analog Audio Adapter #$39.99# and a 3 ft Optical Audio Cable #$14.99). The back of the PS4 has an optical output compartment. You have to hook up the optical audio cable to the PS4 and to the audio adapter. Then you can hook your red/white cables into the adapter. Plug in your transmitter and then it worked. SO, I would recommend you purchase this with the thought in mind that it may cost you an additional $50-$60 dollars to get it to work with next gen systems unless you can find an alternate way to make it work otherwise!!

    Shocked!!

Ok, so first off, this wasn't my first choice. I was going to purchase another cheaper $99 Xrocker (had great reviews)Walmart had on sale but it sold out at that price. I then decided to take a shot at this one and I figured hey it looks comfy and the sound may be just as good. Picked it up today and wow, I'm so impressed with this chair. I'm not big on gaming but I bought this chair because I wanted it as a movie/computer chair with some gaming here and there. I can't believe it, this chair is awesome. It's really comfortable to sit in. I'm not using the arm rests because I don't need them buy they feel really solid. Overall this is a very well built chair and it feels good to sit in. To test out the sound I hooked it up to my Zune and was blown away, the sound was amazing from this chair. It's like having my own little surround sound seat. I would so recommend this chair. Can't wait to test the wireless feature.

Too much hype and they just dont deliver

I read alot of good reivews on these chairs so much so that i ordered 2 brand new ones from walmart. Couldn't wait for them to get in went pick them up at 9pm got home and couldn't wait to put one together well i should have waited. Dont get me wrong there decent chairs but not worth what you pay for them. Sound system sounds ok not super soft i found that its something that isn't horrable to sit in but your far from sitting on a clowd. Not sure why they put a pedistal on them its not adjustable you have one hight and one hight only witch i find just alittle too low also the arm rest are not adjustable and im a bigger guy and they are completely unuseable to me. Its a usable chair would proubly be great for little kids im 24 and 210 pounds and its just not really made for a guy my size. get it for you kids not your boyfriend you would be better off getting a nice computer chair. I am going to use them cause i paid $300 for 2 of them but if somone would offer me my money back id sell them in a heartbeat.

    Great chair, could be better

The chair is nice. The vibration is cool and the sound is decent. I wish the vibration was throughout the entire back, though. The comfort is good, even for extended periods. My only real gripe there is that I wish the chair reclined easier. I have to constantly put my feet on something and push backwards to stay leaned back. It is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Arm rests are sufficient, but it's be better if they were adjustable. Oh, no real assembly instructions come with it for hardware. But it is ok because there are just 3 bolts per arm rest and 4 bolts for the base. Simple enough. I haven't tried the wireless receiver yet. And the chair needs to be plugged in. But what did you expect from a chair with surround sound built into it? Oh, one final thing, you need an audio adapter for the 360 because it just takes standard audio inputs. It's only like 15 bucks, though.

    Does Work With Xbox One

I have this chair at home and it is a great piece of equipment. I just wanted to add that contrary to a review I read here earlier this chair does 100% work for the XBOX ONE. I haven't had a chance to try it with my PS4 yet but for the XBOX 1 you will need the chat adapter (sold separately) plugged in to your controller and then just connect the green tip cable that the chair brings from the chat adapter to the green input on the side of the chair. Aside from that connection it is wireless in the sense that you don't have to rin any cables to your Xbox or TV. Sound comes in crisp and bass gives it a nice kick. Plus the chair vibrates in conjunction with your controller giving a very immersive experience. I just wish it was easier to lean back. There is an adjuster for it but I swear you have to be a member of muscle beach to get it to turn.
