I ordered the size 37. I wear a 7 1/2 in regular shoes; ie Naturalizer, Aerosoles, Easy Spirit. These slippers fit nicely. They appear to be well made. At first they were really slippery on my wood floors but after about a day or 2 of wearing they no longer have that feeling. I like that they cover your foot completely and are very warm. Good thick flexible soles. Very comfortable. I will not hesitate to order these again or recommend them to others. Buy them here; it seemed the best deal that I could find.

Ideal for Swelling Feet
after a long search and errors in finding a slipper to fit my swelling feet,I came upon the Isla, and it is perfect. The medium width is wide enough that I can slide into them without pulling them on! The red color is beautiful and they are completely comfortable, warm and cozy. They do not slip.
A Shoe for the Handicapped
I like the Spring Step Isla because if it's softness, warmth, and fit. So many bedroom slippers, with the back missing, complicated walking when one is handicapped. So I went in search of a better built slipper. I found it in the Isla. When the pair I have wears out, I will want another pair just like them.
Love them! Love them! Love them!
I'm 88 years old, a diabetic and heart failure patient and have had my feet swell for short periods. I used to run around the house barefooted but because of my medical conditions have not been able to do so. No slippers felt comfortable on me until these. Now, I find myself hesitant to change into shoes from these slippers. They are wonderful!
Like the style, not the fit
I am a true size 10. I cannot wear European sizes due to the 41 being too short and the 42 being too big. With that said, after reading other reviews which said to go down a half size, I thought the 41 would be ok in this shoe...not so much. The shoe to too big and flops on my heel like a flip flop. I really like the style and it has good footbed padding but the fit isn't there. I should have returned the shoe but I didn't. I can tolerate it due to one of my feet swelling and if I wear socks.
Beware - very slippery on tile floors
I recently purchased a beige Spring Step Isla for my wife. In the description it stated that the slipper had a rubber outsole that ensures good traction on tile or wood floors. When we received the slipper, the rubber outsole had a layer of felt-like material over the rubber. This gave good traction on carpet but horrible traction on tile floors, so we returned them. They are a great comfortable shoe for use on carpeting, but horrible on tile or wood floors.
