Life savers!
So after years of wearing flat summer shoes with no arch support, I stood up one day and had a searing pain where one of my toes met my foot. I couldn't walk. I saw a foot specialist, who diagnosed an age-related tendon problem, and recommended an orthotic. The orthotic made the problem far worse. I searched and searched for a shoe that I could wear, and finally ended up at an outlet store, where the young clerk casually mentioned that Ryka seemed to be a popular brand among women who need support. I tried a pair on and, for the first time in weeks, the pain just disappeared. I wanted to cry. It's been 13 months, and my foot is so much better. I wear my Rykas most of the time, but because my foot is so improved, I can wear other shoes for work in winter time-I have to make sure they have good arches-but I can only do that a few days at a time, and then have to go back to my Rykas. (Ryka, PLEASE consider making some styles that would be better for the office, esp. for cold weather.) Being physically active is so important to me that, when I thought my walking would be limited, I was pretty depressed. These shoes saved my soles and my soul! ( The only “con“ I would add is that I wish there were a few solid color choices, even just a basic black, that would allow me to get away with wearing them when I need to dress up at work. The purple and blue mix just doesn't do it with a suit.)

So disappointed
Purchased these shoes from a retailer as walking shoes because of the style and Ryka brand. They felt like slippers when I put them on but this should have been an indication that the support was minimal. Wore the shoes walking for three weeks and the soles are already wearing out. In all my years of wearing shoes I have never had a pair of shoes show wear after three weeks. So sad because I loved the Ryka shoes from the past. Buyer beware with this shoe.

Perfect!

I participate in a 50-mile charity walk every year. This shoe was recommended to me last year and I could not have been more pleased!! The M/W width is perfect for my swelling feet and the support is perfect. Just received my 2nd pair for the 2018 walk!

My new favorite shoes!

I have plantar fasciitis and have struggled to find comfortable walking shoes. I bought a pair of these beauties last May and my feet finally fell in love! I was able to walk hundreds of miles since that time with no blisters or crippling pain so I just bought a replacement pair!

Heaven in a shoe

I have bunions on both feet and it is hard to find shoes that are comfortable enough to stand in for 6 hours. These shoes are so comfortable that I can actually go home after 6 hours and not feel total exhaustion!

Most Comfortable

These are my first pair of Ryka shoes. Hesitant about ordering them online but the positive reviews and discount offer were too tempting. I don't think I will buy another brand now. These shoes are like clouds for my feet. They are light and cushioned. The first day I wore them I walked for hours around a city and my feet felt fantastic. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding comfortable shoes but these exceeded my expectations.

Best Shoe Ever

I have tried so many different shoes (at great expense) only for there to be a problem. I know I am a very difficult fit. Ryka is the only shoe where I don't have any problems at all. They are comfortable, fit correctly, done bind anywhere and are attractive. Oh and the price is much less then the other brands I have tried and they last about twice as long as the other guys.

Returning for half size up

I don't know why but this particular color combo needs to be half size larger. Could have saved myself some grief if I had checked the correct box first! Love these shoes, they support my arches, relieve my plantar fascia in one foot, tendonitis in the other. Can't say enough how great the Devotion line is!

devo 2

I'm enjoying finding a shoe that fits and is comfortable..I wear Devo 2...with an orthotic. Very happy with this choice...the con is that the sole is wearing out faster than it should..I've had this pair for 8 months and needed to buy another, as the heel is wearing out.

Not as comfortable as my blue/pink pair!

Very upset about my shoes. I have this same shoe, same size and width, but different color that have been great since I first put them on. I ordered the black to have a different color. Wore them 1 night out to grandsons graduation last Saturday. On Sunday I could hardly walk. They Don't seem to be the wide width or have the same comfort. What can I do??
