I have been looking for fashionable comfort waist jeans that were a good fit and nowhere near the ridiculous prices I saw on some websites at $69+. I ordered these jeans not expecting much for a price tag of $14.68 a pair. I was shocked when they arrived. The fabric was a nice weight and would be great for summertime. The style was lovely, the fit was comfortable, not skin tight. I was so impressed I bought a pair in black and one in white. The sizing was consistent with these slacks in a nice stretch cotton twill, also a great summer weight fabric. These White Stag slacks are a real value and I hope Walmart keeps them in stock for middle and mature women who want to look contemporary but are beyond the skin tight clothing of youth.

Th only jeans I buy
I recently saw a g.f. who loved the way I looked in these skinny jeans. She said I looked thin. She even wanted me to pick up a pair for her. She got petite med, which fit her perfect. I love the med average. Also perfect fit for me. W.Mart makes them affordable, so I now have 8 pair. The denim has the best stretch. I have the Beige also, but the material isn't as forgiving if you put on a few pounds. I wear a new pair everyday, and so they get washed often.....still look good and fit great.
buyer beware runs small!
love these White Stag pants and have several pairs - just bought at our local Walmart the urban khaki and a light khaki and while I always wear a large (12-14) in these like all the ones I have at home had to return the light khaki which I was told was last season's and classified as leggings on the label because they fit a bit too close to my body and afraid I would only get one wearing out of them after they were washed - these are both the 97% cotton, 1 percent I think polyester and 2 percent spandex had to buy an extra large and they are roomy but fit better and the others which are size larges are 90% cotton, 8% polyester and 2% spandex run true to size in my opinion so check the labels before you buy - just an fyi for all the Walmart ladies out there :-)
I love these jeans. However, I ordered 10 Medium/Petite. The size on the jeans I received says 12/14 Large and nothing about petite. I see they are made in a different place now with a different label. My question is are these "Real Size" Large jeans the same thing as Medium/Petite in the old White Stag jeans?
Still a good item for the money
These pants have been the "go to choice" for me for the past 6 years. I like the comfort and the look as well as the wear they have given. The only thing I have against this newest purchase is they have changed some in style and content over the year and the size ran a bit smaller.
New fabric is terrible
I had bought 2 of these at a store last year and absolutely LOVED them! The tag on those says "made in Indonesia" 97% cotton, 3% spandex. These which I just received also say 97% cotton, 3% spandex, however "made in Nicaragua". The fabric is TOTALLY different and does not feel good at all. Also, the sizing is much smaller. I have returned them, and am very disappointed that WalMart would use the exact same description as a year ago, yet make such drastic changes to fabric and fit.
Women's Flat Front Back Elastic Stretch Denim Pant
Just purchased 6 pairs of flat-front denim petite pull-on jeans and had to return them the same day. Not even 1 pair out of 6 was the correct size. I just reordered 2 pairs in size petite small and when I went to the thank you for ordering page (receipt) it does not show the size or color. Wondering if they will get it right this time. How are they going to get it right without a size? Nice jeans but can't wear large regular when I ordered Petite Small.
Years ago I purchased 5 pairs of White Stag pants in black (med/average 8-10). I purchased 5 because they fit perfectly, had a flat band in front, elastic in back, were cotton and spandex (VERY soft), and had a narrow leg that tapered perfectly). SADLY, I'm on my LAST pair!! But recently while searching on the Walmart site, I ran into pants that SEEMED to be EXACTLY what I wanted (plus the reviews said how wonderful it was that Walmart brought this style back??!)....so, I was SO EXCITED...purchased 4 pairs in med/average 8-10!! Well, I JUST took them back yesterday!!! When I opened up one of the pants, I was so SAD!! The fabric was so INCREDIBLY stiff and scratchy, NOTHING like the one pair I still have, which is soft....and that is NOT because it's been washed.....BECAUSE I just STARTED wearing this last pair of the original 5 that I purchased years ago. Also disappointing was the fact that they were HUGE in the leg and not as tapered. So, my search for pants goes on. I have tried to find a pant that comes to the normal waist, is a soft cotton but has stretch...is not SKIN tight, but not BULGING HUGE either, and that tapers. The puzzling part, is that I purchased these new ones in the same exact size??!...and the REALLY disappointing part is the quality of the fabric...who in the world would want fabric that's scratchy and stiff??! I don't understand. I sure hope that WALMART is reading this...I don't care about other purchasers....I would LOVE for Walmart to charge 2 or 3 times as much, but use some quality fabric and either label the size correctly...or if you've changed the whole game plan here, then clue in the customer regarding EXACT MEASUREMENTS so they don't waist their time ordering...and then RETURNING!!
