I have purchased No Boundaries (juniors) and Faded Glory (womens) tanks for many years. These new Time and Tru seem like a feeble attempt to go somewhere between the 2 in fit and style/shape. Generally, I found the NB were good for smaller women who liked a tighter fit (myself) and the FG worked better for larger women who preferred more room around the midsection.
I am not sure how or why they thought they could please everyone by going to ONE type , because based on the comments I have read and my own purchase, NO ONE is happy that liked the old ones.
These TT run 2-3 sizes big... for us smaller women... so If you were wearing a XS or S NB tank, you are out of luck. I prefered the S NB, but could wear the M, and the XS in the new TT is TOO BIG ð and too stretchy.
From reading many reviews, it seems that for the larger women, the shape/ fit around the midsection is too tight/ small.
So, they have tried to combine a Juniors and a womens tank, that is too big for Juniors, and too small for Womens.
Who does that benefit?
Well, I think that the midrange sizes are the ones who like it. May those 7-11?
I bought a small thats too big and my daughter gave me the xs that was too big on her and its too big on me, but Iâm wearing it around the house anyways.
Hopefully this helps, especially for those who purchase online, bc it is NOT THE SAME as EITHER of the old ones, FG or NB.
I will probably try the shelf cami in the juniors, but of course they are $7 each instead of the great price of $1.68
