I'm a 24 year old college student with a cup size around a 34~38D or 34~38E--depending on what company you're referencing, of course--so I ordered an XL. When the package arrived I noticed that the color of the actual products differs. As many other reviews have said, the bras are actually black with white straps and trim and vice versa on the white. Therefor, if you're buying the white ones to wear under a light coloured broadcloth work shirt--or other thinner shirting material--you'll want to get a bra that doesn't have darker accents. The picture on the side is the actual product. I referenced the Hanes product number and was able to find the photo. On to the material, all of the materials either contain elastic or are polyester and are --very-- stretchy. Hanes has even gone the extra yard and added a racerback accent and most of it is sewn with a stretchy, durable elastic thread. When looking at the bra, it looked a bit on the small size so I doubled checked the tagless information to make sure it was indeed an XL. I was a bit skeptical of it's fit, until I tried it on. It fits well, conforms over everything, and the back doesn't dig into my sides at all. The stitching in the center does separate them, however it's not an all day bra. After about 8 hours of moving around the office, you'll start to get some slippage and a bit of the "uniboob" look. Adjusting in the restroom will give you about another hour of two. However, I wouldn't recommend this as a sports bra for sizes C and up--as shifting will occur and it does little to keep them in place. Also, the white material is light and airy, as a result you are able to see your nips through it quite visibly. I'm very light skinned and I'm still able to see them. If you're planning on wearing the white bra, plan to wear at least a medium weight--like a lighter weight cotton T-shirt material--top to avoid any "nip slips." Overall, it does exactly what it's name says it does--it's a comfortable, flexible bra, I wouldn't recommend it as a sports bra for the gym--especially without a medium weight top to go over it, and give it a try on before deciding to return it--like the TARDIS, it's a lot bigger on the inside. FINAL VERDIT: Great sleeping bra, very flexible and comfortable, not for 8+ hour use, good for casual wear.
