Good for backup/supplemental cooling

We use this in a ~250sqft server room with around 25 servers/appliances. I have a 3 ton roof top unit in this room as well. I had one SRCOOL24k unit that lasted about 5 months before the compressor died, being used as backup and supplemental cooling. Received replacement unit under warranty. After failed unit I decided an extended warranty would be a good idea, only to find out there is no extended warranty. I wonder why? Probably because this one will die long before the extended warranty would last. Overall the unit works well and does what I need it to do. The network interface is not user friendly and I do not find it useful.
