Quietly effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a few washes thus far, which we have been pleased with the outcome. Cycle is quiet, quick, and happily dry when complete. The 3 rack design is a great benefit for washing the cutting knives and utensils.

Lots of issues with this particular dishwasher

The first year was fine with this dishwasher- worked well cleaning, etc, but after that the dishwasher started having issues. I have had 4 repair out so far for this dishwasher. Once they figured out the problem it ran great again for about 8 months then the same error code came back so once again I am calling a repair guy except now my warranty is expired so when the dishwasher works it's great, but over all way too many problems with it. It makes me not want to buy another Whirlpool product.

    An in effective lower dish

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lower rack that holds the dishes, the prongs are to short that hold the dishes are too short snd every time you open the door the dishes fall over. Can we get a rack with higher prongs?

    Sleek, easy to use,

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes come out clean. It supposedly has dirt sensing technology" so No need to rinse. Has a delay timer, overall satisfied with my purchase. Only thing I can say about it is some of the cycles can be very long. They range from 2-6 hours. 6 hours of the dishwasher running seems a bit excessive to me. But who knows what goes on in there. It does work great though!

    Much Disappointment

    I was so happy to have it in the beginning but that soon went away. Even though it washes well the supports and rails for the top rack are well below standard. So far I have replaced them 3 times. I was concerned that I was over loading it and moved even coffee cups and glasses to the bottom but they continued to fail. It has to be the worst dishwasher I have ever owned and I am going to replace it the next time the top rack fails.
