I have been on the Weight Watchers program for many years and have lost some weight. I needed a change so decided to try the Wheat Belly program. Third day on this program and I can definitely tell a difference in my appetite and sleep habits. I was constantly munching on something during the day and it was mostly full of carbs. Eliminating most of the carbs from my diet has not been a problem - appears to be a great program - only time will tell. So far, I like it a lot!!!
