    Classy looking mission style

I bought the same style/color sofa last year, and finally got the chair to match. It arrived yesterday and I put it together right away. It was easy to follow their directions, but the only thing which I hated was how the Allen wrench would only turn 1/4 way with each turn, in the 4 areas underneath the chair. I had to hold a flashlight with one hand, and turn with the other. Fun. I was SO glad to finally be done with that part. But, the rest was a breeze. And it looks really, really nice, and is comfy to sit on. I'm not sure how durable it will be in the future, but my year old couch is still holding up really well. The couch did have a rip on one of the top corners, when it arrived, but it would have been too much of a heavy burden to bring it back to the store just for that, so I sewed it/glued it the best I could, and it's difficult to notice. Noone can tell but myself. Mission furniture costs 5 times this much if you look up others online, so these are a great deal. Overstock has this exact same thing, but it's a bit more $.

    Attractive and decently constructed

I picked this up for around $300 with the matching ottoman; not a bad deal for both. Build quality is OK, wood finish could be more consistent. The cushions feel nice and solid - built to last a while. The olive fabric is a bit more muted than I expected, but still contrasts nicely with the reddish wood finish. One warning: the microfiber finish is a dust and and hair magnet, so you'll want a hand vacuum for cleaning it. I'm not a huge fan of the fabric-covered back panel, but in my application it's not going to be visible so that's OK. Assembly is a bit tricky; I recommend not following the instructions exactly: instead of starting with both sides and attaching the front rail, then the back panel, try attaching the front rail and the back panel to one side, then prop it upright and attach the other side. I found this easier to do single-handedly. All in all, I recommend it and will be picking up the matching love seat soon.

    Just what we wanted

Purchased all of the pieces... chair, love seat, ottoman... Nice clean smooth look.. Pieces are solidly built... nothing fancy... Color is a deep, grey, black, green.. Perfect! Cushions are soft and firm.. Material is a sturdy material.. that is just got enough of a softness on the surface to make them warm.. but is the kind of material that when you vacuum it .. air cannot pass through... as if it is backed somehow... I am hoping that will make it less likely to stain easily... Really like these! Did not want the overstuffed, swallow you up living room furniture any longer... and this was the perfect choice! So far, cushions have not shown any signs of sagging.. But, could be replaced or recovered easily enough.. Very pleased :)

very comfy chair love the way it looks

Although not a lot of parts to put together, not the easiest furniture I have ever assembled. The way the stretcher bar is connected is kind of a pain to get the bolts tightened up. Other than that is was pretty quick, but I had help. It was slightly damaged when I received it, more cosmetic than functional and on the inside of one of the arms, and from the way it was packaged it had to have been damaged before it was packed from the mfg. I don't know about the durability yet having only put it together today. I would recommend it, but have some help.

read and know what your buying.

This chair is easy to put together except for the front BAR ACROSS THE FRONT . THE BOLTS are recessed making them difficult to put the allen wrench in and low ability to turn the bolt. once you install this bar its a snap. My biggest complaint is the color. The photo shows the pillows as kind of grey looking -- not my favorite color but it looked like it was acceptable. The text says the color is olive but many items on the intertnet have colors listed which don't match the photo so I took chance. WOW--this is olive. I hate the color but the site did say olive and all sites that sell this chair have the same photo and color listed so I didn't feed justified for returning it.

    great chair

Great chair just like the picture, I think it will last along time, easy to put together looks great, came faster then they said.

    Mission Chair

    fast delivery, good value, comfortable!

    new chair at our house

bought this chair and matching love seat. Easy to put together..diagrams..pictures..I love the cushions are zippered so I can take them off for cleaning or even recover them if I get tired of the fabric.

    Poor quality of wood.

Poor quality -- wood in seat snapped after only a year of normal use.

    nice-looking chair

but assembling the side panels was a real pain.
