    • A. Yes you can your leg/foot control the speed its manual not electric. If you weigh more than 165 pounds you will have a hard time getting the treadmill to move. If you have to bend your back and hold on tight for it to function that's not normal. Its recommended weight is 250 but that information posted is not accurate.

    • A. You can run but have to be careful since it is not electric you can miss a step and hurt yourself. Become comfortable with it and then try running slowly and take it from there.

    • A. I think I will be able to work my way up to running, but since this is a manually operated treadmill, and the tread kind of hangs up in spots still, the speed is not steady which makes it difficult to run. I am hoping as the tread loosens up a little I will be able to maintain a steadier speed - then try running.

    • A. There is no adjustment to change the incline, however you could put wooden blocks (2 pieces of 2X6 wood put together) on the lower end to raise it, thereby lessening the angle of incline. Just be certain the blocks are stable and on a no slip surface.

    • A. it is really simple and there is not much work to putting it together. the bottom part(conveyer belt) is already put together. you just have 4 bolts to put in the frame and handle. it's alot lighter than traditional treadmill, so easy to move, but still very sturdy.

    • A. You have to screw some pieces together, but it's not that difficult. I think it took me about an hour or less. The one thing you should watch out for is the warning not to tighten the nuts on the support rods before you attach the frame to the base. Other than that, the rest of the instructions are pretty simple to follow.

After placing the order, I realized that this product doesn't have two level incline as described in product title on the website. I did not open the pacakge and will return it to Walmart store later. Weslo cardiostride 4.0 has two level incline.

I really like this treadmill. It has a wide 17" belt which most do not and it is simple and does just what it should . Not loud or uses electricity so is ultra affordable. Easy to assemble, fairly lightweight, and not as bulky as an electric model. Only imperfection thus far is need to adjust the belt a few times nothing major just a quick turn of the tightener and is fine. I got the 2 year product warranty so feel good about any possible issues. Definetley recommend to anyone who needs to exercise conveniently as possible. I have a baby so cant go to the gym. I feel it is truly a blessing of a product. Thanks Walmart and Weslo!

I got this "Manual Treadmill" as an opportunity to do some exercise during my only time I have to watch TV. I didn't want to pay an extra for my electric bill and I wanted to have it close to remain me to do my exercise... and it does the Job! The only thing I don't like is, it says that is TWO LEVEL POSITION... THAT IS NOT TRUE, is just one but I am glad is not hard to use it; also, I haven't find out how to start from 00 every time I use it (still counting the time and distance I did from the day before). I meant, I got something very simple (cheap) but, my biggest goal is to do some exercise because my two jobs doesn't give me to much time... so, with this price and saving space and electricity, I feel happy with my purchase.
