Great new grill
The Spirit S-315 is a great grill. I have a natural gas hookup. It starts immediately, pre-heats very quickly, and maintains perfect temperature control. I have a friend with the same grill and he loves it as well.
Living in the 'burg
I love my new gas grill. Still getting use to the temperature controls. My old one lasted 20 years. I hope this one last the same. I decided to go with the stainless steel this time. You can not beat a gas line grill. NO worries with running out of propane.
My 4th Weber Grill!
I have been using Weber grills for over 40 years. They are the only manufacturer that I would purchase. I am on the ocean and the only change I have to make with this grill is to order stainless steel cooking grates in lieu of the cast iron that comes with the grill. The stailnless steel grates do not come with the natural gas S-315 grill. The ocean air will rust out the cast iron in one season.
This is the only recommendation I would make to Weber that is offer the stainless steel grates.
