Overall this is a great desk and my 10 year old daughter was VERY happy with it! My reason for only 4 stars is because even though the desk was delivered in what seemed like good packaging, there were quite a few pieces of the desk parts that had "dented" edges and even some broken pieces. But because the box was so large and I had to cut it down to remove the desk pieces it would've been a headache to try to package it back up and exchange for a replacement!! So unfortunately the desk was assembled with a bunch of defects...
