I especially love to use this on oven--grilled vegetables. I mix zucchini, yellow squash, onion, potatoes, cabbage, and whatever else I have available, in a bowl. Then I coat them lightly with Watkins Grapeseed Oil, put them on a baking pan, and sprinkle them with the Chinese Five-Spice Blend. This was a big hit at a recent family dinner. A friend likes to use it on rice that she cooks in chicken broth.
