I highly recommend using a WaterPik. A friend of mine loved her's and recommended it to me. Her cousin is a dentist and says her teeth are great because she uses one. Also, for many years my dentist's have recommended them. This one is a great choice!

Instructions: To start using your Compete Care 5.5, fill the reservoir with warm water. Start with the lowest pressure setting. Close lips enough to prevent splashing while still allowing water to flow from your mouth into the sink. Aim water at a 90° angle to your gum line. Follow the gumline and pause briefly between teeth. Do not look into the mirror while water flossing, look into the sink. To use the oscillating/rotating toothbrush, charge for 24 hours before first use. Select toothbrush setting that is right for you. Apply toothpaste if desired and place the toothbrush in your mouth. Turn the oscillating toothbrush on, and gently move the rotating head along your teeth in a slow circular motion.

Great hygiene technology. I had to name mine!
What a nice ALL IN ONE piece of hygiene technology. The toothbrush even has several settings with one a gum massager and low and high speed. Recharges quickly. I use it everyday and so named it Julius! I've never named a toothbrush before.. *rme*
This Water Pik is their best model.
I am so happy with this purchase. Saves a lot of counter space. I wear Invisalign braces and this is the only brand of brush I would buy. The water reservoir is just the right size and the adjustable water pressure is perfect for cleaning around braces. Highly recommend this item.
Cleaner and healthier.
Love the complete care unit! Everything you need for healthier and cleaner teeth/gums. Very easy to use and plenty of attachments. I have a dental bridge and my Water Pik makes cleaning under it so simple!
IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TEETH YOU'LL GET THIS!
I went to the dentist with excruciating pain even tho I was brushing didn't have the full understanding of the importance of flossing. I tried flossing the old fashioned way my hands to big can't reach so I got the waterpik. This is a great investment. It's noisy but worth it. This reversed all the damage that my mouth was suffering
