Reye?s syndrome: Children and teenagers who have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms should not use this product. When using this product, if changes in behavior with nausea and vomiting occur, consult a doctor because these symptoms could be an early sign of Reye?s syndrome, a rare but serious illness. Allergy alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include: hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), or shock. Stomach bleeding warning: This product contains an NSAID, which may cause severe stomach bleeding. The chance is higher if you are age 60 or older, have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems, take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug, take other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others), have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product, or take more or for a longer time than directed.Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer, or if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.Ask a doctor before use if the stomach bleeding warning applies to you or you have a history of stomach problems, such as heartburn. This works so much better for my acid reflux / GERD than the actual prescription my doctor has prescribed me. I've also tried Cool Pepto and many other products, but Alka-Seltzer Extra strength never lets me down. I even brought the Alka-Seltzer Gold since that one says specifically for heartburn and bloating, plus it has less sodium (salt) than the Extra Strength one here, but the Gold doesn't actually knock it out like this does. I've used this product for many, many years, decades even and nothing compares. This is a life saver so to speak

Yes, I believe it for what I need it for. But I have to take 4 tablets for it to work. then it doesn't last long i have to take more later. the first dose last for three hours. till the next dose . I also CC take accid reducer . dose number two takes care of the heartburn.
