Not a good choice if placed in unheated shop or garage

We bought the Arctic King 3.2 Cu ft Two Door Mini Fridge with Freezer, Model #ATMP032AES to store popsicles for the nearby swimming pool. We placed it in an outside shop. Worked great during the summer but when weather turned cooler, popsicles thawed then froze again. Arctic King (Midea) service said the sensor for the compressor does not operate properly in uncontrolled temperature environments. The sensor thinks its cold enough & the compressor doesn't kick on or operates sporadically. If newer models operate on same controls as this model then this will be a problem for anyone placing it in a similar environment as ours.
