Victorinox Victorinox Swiss Classic, paring knife, 8cm, straight, pointed tip, black

I love the Vitorinox paring knife with the fibrex(?) handle. I've bought these for decades. Because they're inexpensive, I can afford several, which helps when I'm cooking multiple dishes in one day. I can wash them in my dishwasher since the handles are not wood. The blade quality is good and sharpens to a keen edge with a knife steel. I stick with the Vitorinox after having tried other knives and other manufacturers. I cook a lot from scratch and find these invaluable. Try them. I bet you'll like them.
