This was twice the price of a typical cheap digital thermometer, but well worth it! It is really fast, the numbers are larger and lit up by three colors according to normal, slightly high, and high so that you can see at a glance the status of your fever.

This is seriously the only accurate oral thermometer I have ever purchased. You can use cheap or offbrand ones and get some crazy low reading.. This is so accurate and the only time or reason I have ever had to re-purchase is because it has been lost or stolen

It's the first digital thermometer I've owned that is accurate within a tenth of a degree compared with the the thermometer in my primary care doctors office the other two I own are off 1 1/2 and 2 degrees.And the repeatability is right on.A great product.And less than 1/2 the price of the other two brands I bought from amazon.The only drawback is that it takes 15 seconds for the light to come on not 8 seconds.A small price to pay for accuracy.
