I honestly don't know what some of the bad reviews are for. Arrived in less than a week. I also ordered the Verizon refurbished Note 4. Inserted the sim into the adapter, popped it in, ported my phone number after setting up my plan online. I chose the $45 plan since I get wifi most of the time. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. Just remember, you need to call your carriers customer service or porting department to get your account number and pin, it is not your phone number. You will need this information when you go to port over on Verizon. So far, so good. I am in South Florida and am getting better reception than with my old ATT GoPhone Note 3. 4 bars beats 1 bar any day. First day I had it it gave me an update to Android 5.1.1. Two days later, got pushed to Marshmallow. Not bad. I'm not to fond of the regular icons, etc. A tweek with Apex launcher and I love my phone! Going forward, I will refill from callingmart since their top up cards are cheaper (just remember to find a coupon beforehand) and they don't charge tax. Finally, a great Verizon phone for $45 a month.
