    Love it

    I only buy vizio tv's because their reliable and always at a good price this is my third Vizio and am very happy with the quality I added a Vizio surround sound system to mine and I'am now a very happy camper.

    Avoid Vizio

    Had the TV for less than a year and a half. The TV is now defective and shuts itself off while viewing. All auto-off settings are disabled. I have contacted Vizio and they were no help. They told me to reset the TV by holding the power button on the back, and said that this is all the help they can give as the TV is over a year old. It's now a worthless piece of junk that works for 5-10 min. at time. This issue began a few months ago, but it was not a problem as it took several hours before it shut off. Now it has rendered the TV unusable. I have tried resetting multiple times, resetting TV settings, using different inputs. Nothing helps, the TV is defective, and Vizio does not support it. Also the fiber optic audio input is not seated well on the board as attempting to remove the cable from the TV ripped the fixture right off the circuit board. Without excessive force. I'm extremely disappointed with Vizio, and the unbelievably poor quality of this TV. The picture is great, but it will not last. Vizio will not help.

    Stopped working 1h after unboxing. Returned it.

    The promise of similar image quality for roughly $200 less got me into buying a VIZIO TV. Roughly one hour after unboxing and switching it on for the first time, the TV suddenly blacked out. It powered on, but with no image or sound. After some basic troubleshooting (power cycling), VIZIO's support informed the issue required technical intervention, to be scheduled in a couple of days (this was one week ago and we didn't hear back so far), and to happen sometime within the next 7 to 14 days. A quick search on Google showed this is a recurring issue on many VIZIO TV models, happening both to brand new TVs and to units that had already been fixed in the past, sometimes more than once. Too bad those results didn't come up when searching for general reviews before buying. In light of all of this, there was no way we'd keep this TV, even assuming VIZIO would fix it. Walmart's customer service was absolutely supportive and promptly refunded me (5 stars here!). I certainly won't buy VIZIO or any other budget TV brands in the future.

    Vizio doesn't honor warranty

    I bought the TV on June 8, 2016 and on July 11, 2016 the picture went to a cluster of lines in the center of the screen. I contacted Vizio and the warranty was denied because according to their "experts" something had "hit the screen". This TV was on the wall 52" from the floor over my dresser. The TV was playing for the morning news and after I cut the grass when I walked through the picture was gone. The only people living here are the wife and myself, so I guess Vizio wants me to believe that someone broke into my house while I was outside and "whacked" my TV and left. Yea that's what happened. I hope any prospective buyers read the reviews on Vizio before they waste their money.

    Not worth it!!

    I bought this TV for my husband for Christmas. We had it for 13 months and a spot on the bottom middle was like the pixels went out. It was only noticeable on some programs so we didn't worry too much about it. 1 month later a line appeared going straight down from top to bottom about 1/3 of way into screen. Two days later another line went out next to it and within an additional month 6 more have appeared. My husband called Vizio about it and they said to reset the TV, which we did. However when the TV came back on the lines were still there. We got he same response from Vizio that others got....the TV is over a year old so they will not do anything for us. DO NOT buy this TV. Or you will be like us and having to buy another new one within a year and a half.

    Broken when received

    I bought this tv on and did ship to home. It arrived damaged. The picture was all washed out, pixelated and you could see a bright white spot on the top where it appeared the damage originated and spread across the rest of the 60"screen. I was unable to fix it thought the settings so i took it back. The return was easy at the store, plus I had a truck to get it there. They only had last year's model available at the store so I bought it instead. The setup of the previous year's model looked identical to this model. As well as the menus and connections on the back. Not sure what changed on the new model but I have trouble recommending it because it may have been factory damaged and not damaged from the shipping. Old one was the same price add the new. I paid 698 in Iowa for it in February 2016.

    HD tv cuts out sounds

    Bought this tv a few days ago. Nothing wrong with my old tv just getting what I thought was an upgrade. Hung the tv up and hooked it up to the same cable my old tv was connected to. The picture does not do well with fast motion and looks terrible. Slow pictures look great. The sound however has a pause about every 20-30 seconds. The picture does not pause but the sound cuts out for about 1 second. At first I thought it maybe the cable network but then after two days I brought my old tv in the living room and connected to the same hdmi cable that was in the new tv and the sound was perfect. Needless to say I am returning the new tv and replacing with a different brand.

    Horrible TV

    Didn't even have this junk TV for a year and the picture got cracked lines inside the TV in the middle of the screen all the way across.I called Vizio but they said they couldn't do anything since the screen was cracked even though it was on the inside of the TV.I lost alot of money on this piece of garbage tv and shocked at how bad Vizio customer service is. I will never buy another Vizio TV again or any Vizio product for that matter horrible company

    Horrible service

    I just moved the tv off the wall and placed in storage on top of a mattress. No one had access to it there. When I retrieved it to plug in, there were these lines everywhere. I only had it 4 months. Vision says I must have dropped it. That's ludicrous! ! Lost $900.00

    1/4 screen doesn't work

    Just bought this Vizio got home, hung it on the wall and plug it in only to find out only 3/4 of the screen displays correctly! The other 1/4th is just lines of purple green yellow and white. Maybe their not all this way but I would recommend any other brand than vizio right now!
