Make sure you have adequate room for mounting har.

Quality and price are very good. Assembly takes time and patience. Also converting from metric, since the instructions are in metric only. The only real issue is there were no instructions on space needed for mounting. Problem was you need at lease 8” vertically for the mounting brackets to fit. I only had 7” above door to the soffit, so I had to return the awning. Really wanted it to work. Hope this helps someone.

i wish i would have purched it a bit bigger. This is mounted to the side of the home and does not have floor anchors, so you can buy it a bit bigger than the space desired no matter what floor your deck or balcony is on. really happy with my purchase.
